Comments: Miller commissioned brokers James & Alfred Watkins of London to purchase the tug
at Bremen and to arrange insurance and delivery to Cork
They failed to insure the tug and she foundered in the North Sea in bad weather
Six of the crew drowned, the master and three crew were rescued
Miller sued Watkins for the £2800 purchase price
