16/12/1872: In collision with BERLIN of Leith off North Berwick, Firth of Forth during thick fog. She was struck on the starboard side causing great damage to the paddle box, engines and boiler. | |

06/07/1873: Grounded on rocks close to the Martello Tower, Leith in dense fog, her engines were immediately reversed and she was got off | |
Her captain then headed full steam ahead to try and beach her at the Sandport Slip | |
Unfortunately she settled in the water just outside the Old Dock, Leith | |
09/06/1873: Raised and taken to the Sandport Slip where the damage was found to be minimal | |
04/03/1887: Grounded at the entrance to Crail harbour, refloated on the next tide with no damage | |
