Shipbuilder: W Hepple, Newcastle (1869 - 1869)

W Hepple is recorded as the builder and engine manufacturer at Newcastle for this tug RESCUE. It is most likely that the builder refers to William Hepple, son of Thomas Hepple, but why the locations are referred to as Newcastle rather than South Shields is a mystery.
